Edible Glitter Hint of Green Magic Sparkles 

We love to add to glitter and shine to our creations so we have been looking for the best and brightest for you.   You can use these straight from the jar or you can  grind then down to create a finer glitter.  The colours are beautiful and vibrant.

Description:

Magic Sparkles are a wonderful way to enhance gourmet and speciality food items. They are small, jewel-like, flakes that can be sprinkled on cakes, pastries, chocolates, donuts, cupcakes, cookies and other similar food items. A magical rainbow effect, reflecting the entire spectrum, is revealed when light shines on each flake. Magic Sparkles are fully edible, GM free, gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians and Halal certified.

Directions for Use:

Sprinkle on your completed cake design  - be careful though a little pinch goes a long way

• Permitted food colouring  Hint of Green E104 and E133

Storage Conditions :

Keep jar closed in a cool (25 degree C)  dry place
